Heute las ich in der Zeitung, dass irgendwo in Deutschland nun Versuche starten werden, eine führerlose U-Bahn einzusetzen (die U-Bahn soll automatisiert ohne Fahrpersonal fahren).
Welch‘ ein Quatsch!
Ich kann mir schlechterdings nicht vorstellen, dass dies irgendeinen Fahrgast besonders amüsieren wird. Ich jedenfalls möchte nicht in einem Fahrzeug sitzen, das ohne Betriebspersonal durch die Gegend fährt und dabei für irgendwelche Sicherheitsprobleme darauf vertrauen, dass eine Maschine erkennt, was gerade los ist.
Ich halte das für eine erneute hypertrophe Idee irgendwelcher Leute, die meinen, im Personalabbau (hier der U-Bahn-Fahrer) das Ei des Kolumbus gefunden zu haben, um möglicherweise Defizite des Verkehrsbetriebes zu senken.
Henry Ford soll gesagt haben, dass es wichtig sei, die Preise seiner Autos so zu gestalten, dass sich seine Arbeiter diese auch leisten können. Wenn jeder dahergelaufene Betriebswirt in Personal einen Kostenfaktor sieht, den es zu minimieren gilt, wer soll dann die Produkte noch kaufen, wenn am Schluss niemand mehr Arbeit hat?
Nach meiner Meinung sollte man endlich den Betriebswirten mal wieder etwas mehr Volkswirtschaft beibringen (wenn denen denn der gesunde Menschenverstand schon systematisch im Studium ausgetrieben wird)!
